The adjuster/claim officer never followed through to explain the charges of the claim. I have made several calls to him and left VMs. I was charted with the co-payment when the fault was at my neighbors. They didn't follow through or force the neighbor to pay for the damages to my property. The insurance company does nothing.

Sorry for the delay. I got names of three contractors and the job is being completed today. He signed off on the estimate, gave me a senior discsount and a military discsount and did the work on both decks. It's safer now to use. Thanks for all your help.
