Jasmine was a great representative. She's very thorough and stayed on top of my claim.

I have had bad insurance, worse insurance, but never such a wonderful caring person as Ms. Lippe. She made a rather terrible situation feel so much better. She exemplifies everything anyone could expect from a customer service insurance person or any other industry. I'm so happy I chose Stillwater for my insurance.

Wes was courteous and handled my case with experience and empathy. He answered all my questions.

The adjuster/claim officer never followed through to explain the charges of the claim. I have made several calls to him and left VMs. I was charted with the co-payment when the fault was at my neighbors. They didn't follow through or force the neighbor to pay for the damages to my property. The insurance company does nothing.

Sorry for the delay. I got names of three contractors and the job is being completed today. He signed off on the estimate, gave me a senior discsount and a military discsount and did the work on both decks. It's safer now to use. Thanks for all your help.
